When you engage Redberry Cloud for automation services, we guarantee measurable improvements within 30 days of go-live, minimum results as outlined in your Service Agreement, systems that function as described, and professional service delivery.

Specific Guarantees by Service Type:

  • Lead & Follow-Up: Min 50% response time reduction, 15% engagement increase.
  • Customer Support: Min 90% response time reduction, 50% routine inquiries automated.
  • CRM & Sales: Min 2 hours saved/rep/day, 90%+ manual entry reduction.
  • Appointments: Min 50% no-show reduction, 30% after-hours bookings.
  • Internal Workflow: Min 40% process time reduction, 60% fewer manual handoffs.

1.2 30-Day Performance Window

We measure results within the first 30 days after your automation system goes live to collect meaningful data, complete a full cycle, and measure impact accurately.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Setup Projects

Eligible If:

  • Guaranteed results not achieved in 30 days
  • System not delivered as described
  • Critical failures not fixed in 15 days
  • Material breach of agreement

Not Eligible If:

  • You didn't provide access/info
  • Third-party tools failed
  • Didn't follow recommendations
  • Scope changed mid-project
  • "Change of mind"

2.2 Monthly & Other Services

Monthly Services: No refunds on paid fees. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Setup fees non-refundable.

Consulting: Non-refundable once delivered.

Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to Zapier, SMS providers, etc. are not refundable by us.

3. Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund (100%): If we completely fail to deliver or critical functionality is permanently broken.
  • Partial Refund (50-75%): If some results achieved but not all, or if significant work is still needed.
  • Non-Refundable: Third-party fees, work already accepted, monthly fees for past service.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure 30-day window has passed and obligations met.

  3. Provide Info: Include evidence that guarantees weren't met (metrics, screenshots).
  4. Review: We review within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times:

  • Credit Cards: 10-15 business days
  • PayPal: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

6. What Happens After a Refund

Upon approval, access to automation systems is disabled within 24-48 hours. You receive a final data export. The Service Agreement terminates.

7. Alternatives to Refunds

We may offer performance improvement plans (free optimization), service credits, or scope adjustments to ensure you get value.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our decision, you can request reconsideration or mediation. Formal disputes are governed by laws of Gujarat, India.

9. Special Circumstances

Force majeure events (disasters, war) may result in refunds for undelivered work. If Redberry Cloud ceases operations, prepaid fees are refunded.
