User Authorization
To use certain features of Redberry Cloud, you may be required to connect your Google Business Profile through Google OAuth authorization.
By authorizing Redberry Cloud, you grant us permission to access your Google Business Profile data solely for the purpose of reading and responding to reviews on your behalf.
You confirm that you have the legal authority to grant such access to the business profile you connect.
Use of Google Business Profile Data
Redberry Cloud accesses Google Business Profile data only after explicit consent is provided by the user.
We use this data strictly to:
- Read customer reviews
- Generate automated responses
- Publish review replies on behalf of the authorized business
We do not sell, share, or use Google Business Profile data for advertising or unauthorized third-party purposes.
Service Limitations
Redberry Cloud provides automation tools on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, review ratings, customer behavior, or business performance.
Automated responses are generated using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed periodically by the business owner.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur under your authorization.
You may revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account settings.
Termination
Redberry Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if misuse of the platform is detected.
Limitation of Liability
Redberry Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
